All cakes should be served at room temperature. But never put your cake in direct sunlight or heaters! For storing cakes: All of our cakes are stored in the refrigerator before pickup/delivery to ensure smooth transportation. However, please allow 1-2 hours for cakes to come to room temperature before serving. Cold cakes can be hard and seem dry. Please be aware, not to leave the cake more then 4-5 hours out of the fridge! This due to food safety! Especially in the summer time.

We recommend to place an order as soon as you know when your event is as dates can fill up quickly (especially weekends and holidays). However, if our calendar is not booked, orders may be made up to 10-6 days before the order date (not for weddings or big orders). Don’t hesitate to check with us to see if we can accommodate a specific date.

We are home based in Amsterdam South-East. After confirmation and payment we will send you our address.

If you need a cake for Sunday or Monday when we are closed, you can pick the cake up on Saturday and the cake will still be great for the next couple days! We especially recommend our Red Velvet / Chocolate flavor & Persian Love Story as this will stay moist the longest. You will want to put the cake in the refrigerator, then take it out to room temperature about 1-2 hours before serving as our cakes are best served at room temperature. Please be aware, not to leave the cake more then 4-5 hours out of the fridge! This due to food safety! Especially in the summer time. Please, always let us know when the date of event will be.
